Chiles Timberwolves Varsity seized victory in dramatic walk-off fashion, thanks to a walk-off double at the end of the game to topple Lincoln. The game was tied at seven with the Lady Timberwolves batting in the bottom of the eighth when Lamari White doubled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.

Both pitching staffs had their hands full, frequently dealing with runners on base. Chiles Timberwolves collected nine hits and Lincoln had nine.

In the bottom of the seventh inning, the Lady Timberwolves tied things up at seven when Peyton Hart doubled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.

The Lady Timberwolves notched four runs in the fourth inning. Sierra Jevyak had an RBI Grand Slam in the inning to lead the run scoring.

Dani Bauer earned the victory in the pitcher’s circle for Chiles Timberwolves Varsity. She lasted eight innings, allowing nine hits and seven runs while striking out ten.

Chiles Timberwolves smacked one home run on the day. Jevyak had a long ball in the fourth inning.

The Lady Timberwolves racked up nine hits. Ashlynn Pauwels and Isabella Howard each managed two hits to lead the Timberwolves.
